Introduction
"Omega Chase" is the title of the comic book project I am working on since February of this year.
I am the "artist", meaning, I do the pencils and inks of the interior pages, and I am also the co-creator.
About...
Omega Chase is the story of Mack Baron, a guy who despite being a sheriff in the 188os, has recollections of his adventures in Medieval times, knows what happened in NY on September 11, 2001, and has traveled the outer space in the 24th century.
What's really uncanny about it is that Mack does not understand why he remembers all of that... Or how come he's "here", "now" and not "there", "then".
So the story of Omega Chase tells the "vida" of Mack, traveling through time, as he slowly learns the truth behind his mysterious life.
Publication
The Omega Chase story will be published in comic book format starting sometime 2006, as an 8 issue mini series. Since the story is weird, so the publication. The mini series is organized in four chapters of two monthly issues each. Chapters will be three to four months appart.
Credits
I am NOT doing this alone... :)
Omega Chase is co-created and written by Keith Dallas, my NY writer amigo, Review Editor at Silver Bullet Comics (http://www.silverbulletcomicbooks.com), University Professor and other interesting things too.
The book is edited by Egg Embry, talented writer, and PR at Arcana Studio Comics (http://www.arcanastudio.com).
Finally, other talents also participate in the project: Joel Harris and Mike Kowalczyk, both colorists, and Steven Cummings, cover artist for issues 1 & 2.
Status
Issue 1 is almost done. We still need to color the cover and three interior pages, letter the issue, and work on the "extras" (pinups, etc.) So it is not far from complete!
Issue 2 is way on its way. Only two inked pages are left for me to finish it in black and white. B&W cover is also ready.
About the Colors
We could have finished issue 1 earlier, but unfortunatelly, Joel Harris left the team...
So we had to look for another colorist.
And we did find it in Mike Kowalczyk. Mike had to mimic Joel's style to fill in the blanks, and he did it perfectly. He's finishing issue 1, and is eager to apply his own style on "virgin" material.
(Note: issue #2 was colored by John Hunt, Berny Julianto, Massimo Capizzi, and Meha Nathan ~ July 1, 2008)

That web page shows the first 11 pages of issue 1. But there's more, oh yeah, much more than meets the eye! I'll show more in future posts.
Your Feeback
I hope you like Omega Chase so far. It'd be great to hear what you think of it. You may leave your comments or questions in this post. Thanks in advance!

hey
stumbled across your website as I was looking for an artists impression picture of Jesus.
I have enormous respect for people who can draw moving scenes like you can. One thing that grabbed me immediately on the site was the HGO picture on the main page of the person with red hair looking over the city.
Personally I love to write (http://www.darthdavid.co.uk) but can't seem to draw so well ;p
